I am sorry, But I don't remember the girls name on the front desk, She checked us out on Sunday morning, (03-08-09) about 11-15am. She was an assistant manager, I thought her name might be Jennifer, But could be wrong. She is so helpful. She recognized me from a year ago, My wife and I come to the Wingate every year on our anniversary in March, Any way, I wanted you to know that she is so polite, And goes out of her way to make everything brilliant for the guests. My wife and I will be back again this year and also again March next year, Because of how good the hotel is, And how good your staff are!

I have enjoyed my stay at the Wingate, I have stayed their multiple times (not always under my name - sometimes my mother's name) when I come to Longview. The only call out I have is the pool. It seems as though there is a LOT of chlorine in the pool, I am not sure if anyone has mentioned it, but it might be worth checking into. Thank you, each time I have stayed with you I have had a fabulous stay.

I had an unfortunate event take place with obtaining a rental car and spoke with the Asst Manager early on the day of my arrival. She bent over backwards to get a room cleaned very early in the day, so that I would have a place to 'be'. She and rest of the staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Wonderful, wonderful people! Should I return to Longview for any reason, I will stay at this hotel since the service was 'over the top.

Somehow I managed not to reserve the room I had intended when making the reservations online. The lady at the desk was very helpful and soon had me in the room I had wanted quickly and without any problems.
